Marketing & Promotion Restrictions. 3.5.1 Google shall have the right to use or authorize the use of written summaries, extracts, synopses, photographs, trailers or other materials prepared and provided or made available by Provider or, if not prepared by Provider, approved in writing in advance by Provider (“Advertising Materials”), solely for the purpose of advertising, promoting and publicizing the exhibition of the Included Program on the YouTube Website and/or Monetized Platforms in the applicable Territories during the time periods specified below.
