MARKETING TERMS. Upon execution of this Agreement, Producer hereby consents to Company periodically communicating with Producer via faxes, text, and emails for product and service updates and general announcements. These communications will cease upon the termination of this Agreement by either party or upon written notice from Producer to Company to opt out of receiving such communications.

HOLD HARMLESS CRC and Producer shall indemnify, defend and save harmless each other from any loss, claim, liability, damage and expense (including attorney’s fees and expenses of litigation) which each party may incur or suffer by reason of material inaccuracy of any representation or breach of any term, condition, or warranty contained in this Agreement. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT HEREBY EXPRESS THAT ALL DISPUTES, CONTROVERSIES OR CLAIMS OF ANY KIND AND NATURE BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, ITS INTERPRETATION, PERFORMANCE OR BREACH, SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE FOLLOWING DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISMS:
MARKETING TERMS. 1. Marketing Guidelines (on-line and print). On-Campus Reseller must adhere to the following guidelines when advertising Autodesk and Autodesk Media & Entertainment Student Versions or Autodesk Institution licensing.
a) Territory must be clearly defined as the Institution to which the On-Campus Reseller is affiliated.
b) Autodesk and Autodesk Media & Entertainment Student Versions and Autodesk Institution licensing must be clearly identified as "Academic" or "Student" software and must be referenced by the software name designation listed in Section 1. Marketing resources are available from Autodesk at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx or an Autodesk Authorized Academic Distributor.
MARKETING TERMS. Unless expressly prohibited in writing by Client, Origami may use Client’s name, logo, and any testimonials/quotes in Marketing and Sales materials (including the Origami website).

MARKETING TERMS a. Z14 will never post something on your social media channels without your permission, therefore we accept no legal responsibility for your social media accounts or responsibility for media created by Z14 but approved by you.
b. We utilise a number of third party services including your scheduling and automation programs, we are therefore not responsible for any errors, glitches or unwanted actions which occur as a result of these services.
c. Our social media and content creation services follow industry best practices as well as constantly changing to best suit the online markets, however, we cannot guarantee the success of your company or product. It is up to you to ensure that you completed adequate market research and have selected an appropriate target market.
MARKETING TERMS a. The Recipient will be fully responsible for all costs and expenses marketing the Affiliate Program, including but not limited to all costs associated with the creation of marketing materials, costs of inserting the Owner’s links into Recipient’s website, offline marketing costs, postage costs, and all other costs and expenses, and the Recipient hereby holds the Owner harmless from or against the same.
b. As a Program Affiliate, the Recipient will have the obligation to place links on its site directing users to the Owner’s site.
c. As a Program Affiliate, the Recipient is given a limited term license, during the term of the Recipient’s active participation as a Program Affiliate, to utilize the Owner’s logo images provided to the Recipient on the website that the Recipient designates.
d. The Recipient will only be permitted to use the website or marketing channels that the Owner approves and/or provides to the Recipient. Any additional websites or entities will require additional approval by the Owner.
e. The Recipient consents to the Owner monitoring the Recipient’s website to determine continued compliance with this Agreement.
