Content Creation. 8.1 At your request, Swoop Digital may design, create, write or edit content on your behalf. We may also purchase licenses to use themes, stock images, stock music or stock videos on your behalf.
8.2 Where Swoop Digital is to provide content, you undertake to review all material supplied by Swoop Digital to satisfy yourself that it does not infringe third party intellectual property rights, before approving that material for inclusion in your website.
8.3 All content created by Swoop Digital will be provided to you for approval, unless clause 8.5 applies. Before giving approval, you will have two (2) opportunities to ask for revision.
8.4 To request a revision: • You have five (5) days to provide changes and comments after we send work to you for approval. If you do not provide a response, we will proceed as if no changes are required. • Changes and comments must be provided in writing. • Changes and comments must be provided in one complete brief and not multiple emails. • We will consider each email about changes as a separate round (our quoted fee includes two (2) rounds of revision only). • Extended revisions outside of this scope will be charged at our hourly rates. • If a project is abandoned or suspended, an administration fee will apply to reactive that project.
8.5 You may authorise us to create content and conduct campaigns on your behalf without your direct involvement. We will carry out the work consistently with the objectives you have told us, and any work completed for you in the past. We act as your agent in this process and you indemnify Swoop Digital against any liability (including legal fees and costs) threatened or actual, arising from that work.
8.6 All intellectual property rights in content created on your behalf will transfer to you automatically upon payment in full for the Services delivered in the immediately preceding month.
Content Creation. 5.1 Following the appointment of the Talent, The Fifth and the Talent will develop the Content in accordance with the Client’s reasonable instructions and requirements as set out in the Client Booking Form.
5.2 The Fifth will deliver such draft Content as may be prepared by The Fifth or the Talent to Client (or any Agency on the Client's behalf), for Client’s approval, in accordance with the Content Approval Process.
5.3 The Client shall promptly inform The Fifth if the Client considers that any Content submitted to the Client for approval is false, misleading or in any way contrary to applicable law or Advertising Standards.
5.4 The Client shall ensure that all requested changes to draft Content are communicated to The Fifth in accordance with the Content Approval Process and acknowledges that if changes to any draft Content are requested outside of the timeframes set out in the Content Approval Process it may have an impact on The Fifth's or the Talent's ability to post the relevant Content or may impact the date or timing of such posting. The Fifth and/or the Talent shall not be liable for any missed timelines and/or errors in Content which results from the Client failing to notify the Fifth about changes or issues with the Content in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
5.5 The Client's (or the Agency's) written approval of any draft Content shall be The Fifth's and the Talent’s authority to proceed with the use of the relevant Content which, following such approval, shall be "Approved Content".
Content Creation. The Vendor will create keyword rich content to support xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and social media posts.
1. Vendor will provide a library of existing content that will be organized by subject for publication throughout the year.
2. Vendor will create and provide new content twice a year in April and October with a publication schedule that supports the DNC's identified goals.
Content Creation. Prepare content for identified communication materials and co-creation for talking points as specified in the Public Outreach Plan or otherwise agreed-to by Agency. Communication materials must be tailored to the community and culture(s) being engaged, and may include, but are not limited to, fact sheets, promotional materials, policy summaries, etc., and may be provided in electronic or hard copy formats.
Content Creation. Legends shall assist Wisconsin in sourcing, re-purposing, and creating compelling content as a vehicle to increase overall engagement and connectivity to athletic program amongst alumni, former student athletes, parents and University fans.

Content Creation. The outreach materials will emphasize the importance of litter reduction and its impact on the local environment. As resources are available, we will use visuals, storytelling, and data to make the message compelling and create tailored content for each channel.
Content Creation. If Parties have agreed upon an Enterprise Implementation in the Order Form, including the creation of SJTs and/or Host videos (the “Bespoke Content”), Xxxxxx will provide Customer with the Bespoke Content. The Bespoke Content shall constitute as “Xxxxxx Content”. Xxxxxx will produce and deliver the (quantity of) Bespoke Content as stipulated in the Order Form, additional work (additional SJT’s/Host videos/Filming day etc) will be invoiced separately and in accordance Xxxxxx’x standard one-off price list as indicated in clause 21.4.
Content Creation. 12.1 We provide you with optimized copyright content creation to drive traffic to your website. We will brainstorm with you to determine what your website should represent and how it should be represented. We will then create uniquely written content for your business.
12.2 The Copyright Content Creation order between you and us constitutes a 6 (six) month agreement.
12.3 Once you receive our invoice, you must pay us the total amount divided in equal instalments over a period of 12 (twelve) months on the first day of each successive month. Should you choose the 12 (twelve month) payment option as set out above and you fail to effect payment of any one instalment by due date, the entire amount payable (for the entire 12month period) will become due, owing and payable immediately and we will suspend your services.
12.4 You may cancel the Copyright Content Creation order 30 (thirty) calendar days prior to the end of the 6 (six) month period. Should you cancel the order as aforesaid the remaining balance for the 6 (six) month period will become due, owing and payable by you immediately.
