Active Participation. While the parties intend that Owner shall actively participate in the management of the Premises and Agent has taken steps to assist in reaching that goal, Owner acknowledges that neither the United States Congress nor the Internal Revenue Service has established any definitive standards for determining active participation in the management of rental investment Premises. Agent does not guaranty that Owner’s participation will be considered active, nor will Agent be responsible for the deductibility of any losses or expenses associated with the Premises.
Active Participation. The activities required of the Group to perform that enables care coordination services with an Entity to be more effective. The activities are:
Active Participation. Agency acknowledges that it will get more out of its membership in the RT membership if it actively participates in sharing best practices and creating economies of scale with other properties in the RT collection. Agency will make reasonable efforts to include a representative to participate live in best practice sharing events as designated in the MD. To the extent Agency is unable to have a live participant, Agency will have the appropriate representative review recorded events within the period set in the MD.
Active Participation. I agree that I will actively participate and mentor my Scholar(s) for the entire school year in order to fulfill the goals of the Program, as outlined in the PSP Handbook and Core Program. I will try to engage my Scholar(s) in a new educational or cultural activity at least once a month that will help the Scholar(s) achieve their dreams to attend a four-year college or university.
Active Participation. “Active participation” is defined as action of a Partner that is consistent with one or more of the obligations described in Section 2 above, as well as Partner will work to achieve actual reductions in greenhouse gases and report the implementation of one measure annually to the extent technically and economically feasible. If Partner’s participation in the Program does not meet these obligations, the Program’s obligations as defined in Section 1 above will cease and Partner will cease to represent to any third party that it is a participant in the Program or a Partner.

Active Participation. As part of this agreement sellers commit themselves to active participation on the platforms provided by TheTailorNetwork. A commitment to actively participate on social media is not included and can only be required based on a special agreement between the designer and TheTailorNetwork. The only time we ask that you do speak is when a new member is added to the group and introductions and goals for group are shared. We will encourage you to talk honestly about your feelings as opposed to sharing details of stories. We will ask you to do this because not everyone can relate to a life experience, but everyone can understand feelings (e.g., fear, happiness, anger). We realize that asking you to focus on your feelings can be difficult or frustrating at times. However, part of the challenge and benefit of group is to learn new ways of making deeper connections with others.
