Mask Work Rights. Mask Work Rights" means (i) any rights in mask works, as defined in 17 U.S.C. Section 901, whether registered or unregistered, including applications for registration thereof, and (ii) any foreign rights in semiconductor topologies under the laws of any jurisdiction, whether registered or unregistered, including applications for registration thereof.
Mask Work Rights. Under the Transferred Mask Work Rights included in Lumentum Licensed IPR, (i) to reproduce and have reproduced (subject to Section 4.2), by optical, electronic or any other means, mask works and semiconductor topologies embodied in JDSU Licensed Products solely in the JDSU Field, (ii) to import or distribute a product in which any such mask work or semiconductor topology is embodied, and (iii) to permit Third Parties to do any of the foregoing.
Mask Work Rights. Under the Mask Work Rights included in the Houston Licensed IPR, to engage in any Seattle Licensed Activities, including (i) to reproduce and have reproduced (subject to Section 3.2 (Have Made Rights)), by optical, electronic, lithographic or any other means, mask works and semiconductor topologies embodied in Seattle Licensed Products and (ii) to import or distribute a product in which any such mask work or semiconductor topology is embodied.
Mask Work Rights. Under its and their Mask Work Rights constituting Licensed Verigy IPR, (i) to reproduce and have reproduced (subject to Section 4.2), by optical, electronic or any other means, mask works and semiconductor topologies included in the Business Technology and embodied in Agilent Products solely in the Agilent Field, (ii) to import or distribute a product in which any such mask work or semiconductor topology is embodied, and (iii) to induce or knowingly to cause a Third Party to do any of the acts described in subsections (i) and (ii) above.
Mask Work Rights. Those Mask Work Rights in and to the Business Technology, whether registered or unregistered, that are owned by Agilent or by an Agilent Subsidiary as of the Separation Date and are exclusively used in the Business, specifically including the Mask Work Rights (if any) shown in the following list:

Mask Work Rights. Under its and their Mask Work Rights constituting Transferred Intellectual Property Rights, (i) to reproduce and have reproduced (subject to Section 4.2), by optical, electronic or any other means, mask works and semiconductor topologies included in the Business Technology and embodied in (A) Seller Products solely in the Seller Field and (B) Seller Products sold by Seller’s Operational Surveillance Business, (ii) to import or distribute a product in which any such mask work or semiconductor topology is embodied, and (iii) to permit a Third Party to do any of the acts described in subsections (i) and (ii) above.
Mask Work Rights. In the event that Given believes a third party is infringing mask work rights in the Circuits, Given may request that Zarlink enforce its mask work rights against that third party. In the event that Zarlink refuses to enforce its mask work rights in the Circuits against the third party identified by Given, unless Zarlink obtains and provides to Given the opinion of competent legal counsel that the mask work rights in the Circuits are not being infringed by the identified third party, Zarlink shall grant Given the right to xxx the identified third party for infringement of the mask work rights in the Circuits in the name of Zarlink, provided Given fully indemnifies Zarlink for damages arising from legal procedures initiated by Given pursuant to this provision or its failure to initiate or pursue such procedures.
