Under no circumstance will Agent or any attorney retained by Agent be held monetarily responsible for its inability to collect rents; nor be responsible for any expenses incurred for legal action involved in the collection of rents and/or the eviction of any tenant and/or damages incurred to the property. All such expenses shall be paid by Owner. Agent reserves the right to settle, compromise, and release legal actions or reinstate such tenancies, as Agent sees fit or appropriate. Owner hereby appoints Agent as Owner’s attorney in fact with full power to do all things appropriate that Owner might do to collect from any tenant or other party any and all amounts due and owing to Owner in relation to the Property and the matters contemplated by this Agreement, including without limitation prosecution of suits and actions for rent, damages, unlawful detainer, eviction, and other legal or equitable actions.
Legal Procedures. In a mission area jurisdiction will be exercised in accordance with NATO PfP and relevant international agreements. When investigating and prosecuting criminal offences in a case related to the Participants, the responsible authorities of the Participants will co-operate applying their national laws and regulations. Claims for all types of damage occurred between the Participants will be settled in accordance with NATO PfP SOFA. Claims for damages caused to third participant or their property by the personnel or the material of either participant will be settled according to the MTA.

If any party hereto finds it necessary to employ legal counsel or to bring a lawsuit or other proceedings against any other party to enforce any of the terms, covenants or conditions hereof, the party prevailing in such action or other proceedings shall be paid all reasonable attorney’s fees by the other party, as deemed by the court and not the jury, and in the event any judgment is secured by such prevailing party, all such attorney’s fees shall be included in any such judgment in such action or proceedings.
Legal Procedures. (a) THE SELLER is not involved nor is it aware of any legal action or procedure against it before any Court or administrative authority in relation with THE SHARES. Likewise, there have not been any claims against THE SELLER that might bring up such actions or procedures;
(b) THE SELLER is not aware of any investigations or pending claims to be initiated by governmental authorities against THE SELLER, its officials or consultants that might have an adverse effect on THE SHARES.
