Master Maintenance. The following criteria are applicable to master maintenance employees. The intent is to distinguish between those maintenance persons with superior technical expertise. If the selection and appointment of individuals to the level of master maintenance is done according to the provisions of the contract, the appointment of individuals to this position is not grievable.
