Master Recording Sample Clauses

Master RecordingThe Licensor hereby grants the Licensee the right to record vocal and/or instrumental synchronization to any or all parts of the Instrumental. The Licensee understands that their non-exclusive usage of the Instrumental is limited to one new composition and if the Licensee wishes to use the Instrumental in other new compositions, then the Licensee must obtain another license to use the Instrumental from the Licensor. The Licensee also agrees to refrain from editing the Instrumental that is being licensed in this agreement, by changing the arrangement of the Instrumental or by removing any melodies, instruments, drum programming or sounds that are contained within the Instrumental.
Master Recording. Licensor hereby grants Licensee the non-exclusive right to record and synchronize vocals and/or instruments to the Instrumental to create one (1) new composition. This license does not authorize use of the Instrumental in additional compositions. The Licensee must obtain an additional license from Licensor for any additional composition using the Instrumental. The Licensee shall not edit the Instrumental in any way including but not limited to by changing the arrangement, removing or altering melodies, instruments, drum and rhythm programming, or sounds that are contained within the Instrumental.
Master Recording. In consideration for Licensee’s payment for the License Fee, The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive license (this "License”) to record vocal synchronization to the Composition partly or in its entirety and substantially in its original form ("New Song") Licensee may create the New Song by recording his/her written lyrics over the Composition.
Master RecordingThe Licensor hereby grants the Licensee the right to record vocal and/or Instrumental synchronization to any or all parts of the Instrumental. The Licensee understands that their usage of the Instrumental is unlimited to use for commercial use. If the Licensee wishes to use the Instrumental in other new compositions, the Licensee dont have to buy another license to use the Instrumental from the Licensor. The Licensee is allowed to edit the Instrumental that is being licensed in this agreement, by changing the arrangement of the Instrumental or by removing/adding any melodies, instruments. Profitable Distribution The Licensee is able to distribute unlimited units of the Master Recording for profitable use, which can be distributed on any kind of recording media including, but not limited to: compact discs, DVDs, VHS videos, and all other forms of media (online and/or offline). The Licensor expressly forbids resale or other distribution of the Instrumental, either as they exist or any modification thereof.

The Licensee understands that their non- exclusive usage of the Instrumental is limited to only one composition. The Licensee also agrees to refrain from editing the Instrumental that is being licensed in this agreement, by changing the arrangement of the Instrumental or by removing any melodies, instruments, drum programming or sounds that are contained within the Instrumental. PROFITABLE DISTRIBUTION The Licensee can sell unlimited copies of the song using the Master Recording, which can be distributed on any kind of recording media including, but not limited to: compact discs, DVDs, VHS videos, and all other forms of media.
Master Recording. Licensor owns all rights in a recording entitled "[Vocal Recording Title]" (the "Master Recording”).
Master RecordingThe Licensor shall provide the Licensee with a “tagged” MP3 audio file of the sound recording being licensed. The Licensor shall hereby grant the Licensee the non-exclusive right to record and synchronize vocals to create one (1) new musical composition. The Licensee shall not alter or edit the sound recording in any way including but not limited to the removing of “tags”, changing the arrangement, melodies, instruments, drum sounds or rhythm programming, without written consent of The Licensor. The Licensee shall provide A.R.G. Music, LLC one (1) copy of the final Master Recording of said new musical composition in MP3 or WAV audio format, addressed to xxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx. The file should include Artist’s Name and Song Title, as well as contact information. The Licensor maintains 100% exclusive rights to the sound recording being licensed including the underlying musical composition. The Licensor may continue to sell the sound recording either exclusively or non-exclusively. In the event the Licensor grants an exclusive license for the sound recording, the Licensee shall retain all non-exclusive rights hereby given in agreement until expiration of term in Section II.
Master Recording. The Licensor grants the Licensee the right to record vocal and/or instruments in synchronization to any or all parts of the instrumental. The Unlimited Non-Exclusive license is limited to THREE new compositions. To create additional compositions, the Licensee must obtain a higher level license that grants more than THREE composition creation. The Licensee also agrees not to edit the instrumental by changing its arrangement or removing any melodies, instruments, drum programming, or sounds.

The Licensee understands that their non- exclusive usage of the Instrumental is limited to one new composition and if the Licensee wishes to use the Instrumental in other new compositions, then the Licensee must obtain another license to use the Instrumental from the Licensor. The Licensee has full rights to record, alter, mix the instrumental in any shape, way or form (except reselling the Instrumental). Licensor agrees to supply Licensee with the Composition as an mp3 file encoded as 320kbps and 16bit .WAV file in addition to all of the unmastered 24bit wav file and individual track stems that make up the composition therein. The individual track stems will be encoded as 24 bit (.wav) tracks.
Master Recording. Producer hereby grants Artist the Non-Exclusive right to record and synchronize vocals and/or instruments to the Instrumental to create one (1) new Master Recording (aka Song). This license does not authorize use of the Instrumental in any additional Master Recordings.
