Master Recording Sample Clauses

Master Recording. The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee the right to record vocal and/or instrumental synchronization to any or all parts of the Instrumental. The Licensee understands that their non-exclusive usage of the Instrumental is limited to one new composition and if the Licensee wishes to use the Instrumental in other new compositions, then the Licensee must obtain another license to use the Instrumental from the Licensor. The Licensee also agrees to refrain from editing the Instrumental that is being licensed in this agreement, by changing the arrangement of the Instrumental or by removing any melodies, instruments, drum programming or sounds that are contained within the Instrumental.

Master Recording. Licensor hereby grants Licensee the non-exclusive right to record and synchronize vocals and/or instruments to the Instrumental to create one (1) new composition. This license does not authorize use of the Instrumental in additional compositions. The Licensee must obtain an additional license from Licensor for any additional composition using the Instrumental. The Licensee shall not edit the Instrumental in any way including but not limited to by changing the arrangement, removing or altering melodies, instruments, drum and rhythm programming, or sounds that are contained within the Instrumental.
Master Recording. In consideration for Licensee’s payment for the License Fee, The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive license (this "License”) to record vocal synchronization to the Composition partly or in its entirety and substantially in its original form ("New Song") Licensee may create the New Song by recording his/her written lyrics over the Composition.

The Licensor expressly forbids resale or other distribution of the Instrumental, either as they exist or any modification thereof.

Master Recording. 1.1 Licensee shall use Licensor’s Composition to create the song (the “Master Recording”). The Musical Work shall consist of one (1) musical composition which may be embodied in Licensee’s Master. Licensor shall provide Licensee with an exclusive right to use the Composition and agrees to not sell the Composition to any other Licensee or third party. 1.2 Licensor gives Licensee the right to use the Composition to create the song or Master Recording and reproduce, distribute, and sell unlimited copies of the song. 1.3 Licensee shall give proper credit to Licensor (the “Producer”) for the song or Master Recording created by Licensee when using the Composition. Licensee must give production credit to Licensor for any and all distributed material. This must be written in, or on the recording booklet or cover. Any casual, inadvertent, unavoidable, or unintentional failure to give such credit, due to exigencies of time or otherwise, shall be seen as a breach of hereof Agreement. Licensee shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of third persons in such connection.
