Master Rights. All songs recorded and/or submitted during the Term shall be together with the performances embodied therein, shall, from the inception of their creation, be entirely the property of Company in perpetuity, throughout the Territory, free of any claim whatsoever by Artist or by any persons deriving any rights or interests from Artist. For the purposes hereof, all such Master recordings shall be works made for hire under the United States Copyright Law. In the event such works are deemed not to be works made for hire, then pursuant to this Agreement you hereby transfer Artist’s rights to the copyrights in the Masters to Company. Artist agrees to execute any documents to fulfill the transfer of copyright to the Masters upon request by Company. Company shall have the right to secure registration of the sound recording copyright in and to the Masters in Company's name as the owner and author thereof and to secure any and all renewals of such copyright. Nevertheless, you shall, upon our request, execute and deliver to us any assignments of copyright (including renewals and extensions thereof) in and to such Master recordings as we may deem necessary. Company (and its Licensees) shall have the sole and exclusive right to use the Masters throughout the Territory or any part thereof in any manner it sees fit, including, without limitation, the sole and exclusive right in perpetuity and throughout the Territory:
Master Rights. All songs recorded and/or submitted during the Term shall be recorded by Artist on Company's behalf and all Records made therefrom, together with the performances embodied therein, shall, from the inception of their creation, be licensed to Company, under the terms and conditions stated herein, for a period of fifteen (15) years, throughout the Territory. Company shall have the right to secure registration of the sound recording copyright in and to the Masters on Artist's behalf and any and all renewals of such copyright. Company (and its Licensees) shall have the sole and exclusive right to use the Masters throughout the Territory or any part thereof in any manner it sees fit, including, without limitation, the sole and exclusive right throughout the Territory:
Master Rights. For the avoidance of doubt, the grant of rights according to this Agreement does not include any masters of the Composition other than those attached to and in synchronisation with the audio-visual masters.   • Transfer Rights Subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Warrant, this Warrant may be transferred on the books of the Company, in whole or in part, in person or by attorney, upon surrender of this Warrant properly completed and endorsed. This Warrant shall be canceled upon such surrender and, as soon as practicable thereafter, the person to whom such transfer is made shall be entitled to receive a new Warrant or Warrants as to the portion of this Warrant transferred, and Holder shall be entitled to receive a new Warrant as to the portion hereof retained.

  • TEACHER RIGHTS A. Pursuant to the Michigan Public Employment Relations Act the Board hereby agrees that every employee of the Board shall have the right freely to organize, join and support the Association for the purpose of engaging in collective bargaining or negotiations and other concerted activities for mutual aid and protection. As a duly elected body exercising governmental power under the laws of the State of Michigan, the Board undertakes and agrees that it will not directly or indirectly discourage or deprive or coerce any teacher in the enjoyment of any rights conferred by the Act or other laws of Michigan or the Constitutions of Michigan and the United States; that it will not discriminate against any teacher with respect to hours, wages, or any terms or conditions of employment by reason of his/her membership in the Association, his/her participation in any activities of the Association or collective professional negotiations with the Board, or his/her institution of any grievance, complaint, or proceeding under this Agreement or otherwise with respect to any terms or conditions of employment.

  • CSEA Rights CSEA shall have the following rights in addition to the rights contained in any other portion of this Agreement.

  • Other Rights The shares of Designated Preferred Stock shall not have any rights, preferences, privileges or voting powers or relative, participating, optional or other special rights, or qualifications, limitations or restrictions thereof, other than as set forth herein or in the Charter or as provided by applicable law. In these cases, you have both the right and choice to tell us to:  Share information with your family, close friends, or others involved in your care  Share information in a disaster relief situation If you are not able to tell us your preference, for example if you are unconscious, we may go ahead and share your information if we believe it is in your best interest. We may also share your information when needed to lessen a serious and imminent threat to health or safety. In these cases we never share your information unless you give us written permission:  Marketing purposes  Most sharing of psychotherapy notes  In the case of fundraising, we may contact you for fundraising efforts, but you can tell us not to contact you again.

  • Specific Restrictions on Use of Licensed Materials Unauthorized Use. Licensee shall not knowingly permit anyone other than Authorized Users to use the Licensed Materials.
