It is agreed that any applicant who signs up to be a candidate for Xxxxxx does so voluntarily and the Company shall not be responsi- ble for any costs associated with an employee’s transfer. Any dispute regarding the avoidability of an accident which may prohibit an employee from being considered for a feeder position may be referred to the District Labor Manager and Local Business Agent for review. If not resolved, it can be referred to the grievance procedure. Feeder Drivers will deliver, pick up, sort, load and unload, regard- less of domicile. The Company agrees that no present Feeder Driver will lose feeder driver work due to piggy-backing. Feeder drivers in the outlying areas shall bid for feeder paths in their own areas. The Company will post a Feeder Driver seniority list on the board in each area. The Company will develop feeder work rules with each Local Union, where applicable. Current feeder work rules shall remain in effect.

  • Transfer of Records In accordance with Sections 2.1 and 3.1, the Receiver assigns, transfers, conveys and delivers to the Assuming Institution, whether located on Bank Premises occupied or not occupied by the Assuming Institution or at any other location, any and all Records of the Failed Bank, other than the following:

  • Data Transfer 11.1 The Processor may not transfer or authorize the transfer of Data to countries outside the EU and/or the European Economic Area (EEA) without the prior written consent of the Company.   • MASTER CONTRACT TRANSITION Contractor represents and warrants that, in the event this Master Contract or a similar contract, is transitioned to another contractor (e.g., Master Contract expiration or termination), Contractor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to assist Enterprise Services for a period of sixty (60) days to effectuate a smooth transition to another contractor to minimize disruption of service and/or costs to the State of Washington.
