Maternity, Adoption Parental (MAP) Leave. The Employer shall grant leaves of absence without pay for reasons of maternity, parental or adoption leave in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act for a total leave period of up to fifty-two (52) weeks for any one birth or adoption event.
