Maternity Leave Without Accumulated Sick Days. Employees who require a maternity sick leave/disability and do not have enough (or any) accumulated sick days shall be granted unpaid sick time according to the provisions of Section 13.21 above. These employees will be granted fringe benefits for the month in which their sick leave runs out.
