EMPLOYEE DEFINED As used in this Section, "employee" means any person holding a regular, provisional, or temporary appointment in the County service, and otherwise subject to the provisions of this Memorandum of Understanding.
EMPLOYMENT REFERENCES D3.01 On application by an employee, the Employer shall provide personal references to the prospective employer of such employee, indicating length of service, principal duties and responsibilities, and performance of such duties.

Employment of Disabled Workers The Union and the Employer acknowledge their obligations to accommodate certain individuals under the Human Rights Code of Ontario and agrees that this Collective Agreement will be interpreted in such a way as to permit those obligations to be discharged.
EMPLOYMENT & TERMINATION This Agreement and the employment of the Executive shall terminate upon the occurrence of any of the following:
