Maternity, Paternity, Adoption and Xxxxxx Care Leave. Employees shall be entitled to maternity, adoption and xxxxxx care leave pursuant to the Family and Medical Leave Act of l993, as set forth in the Board’s Family and Medical Leave Policy, and the following additional procedures. All such leave will be counted against the employee’s annual 12-week entitlement, if any, under the Family and Medical Act:
