Matters Not Within Agreement, Management Rights. Matters involving interpretation of the contract shall not be subject to labor-management committee. Nothing herein shall be interpreted or construed to waive or preempt management rights set forth under Article 6 herein. Decisions of the labor-management committee shall not be subject to the grievance procedure unless such decisions violate a section of this Agreement.
