Common use of Maximum Leave Accrual and Rollback Clause in Contracts

Maximum Leave Accrual and Rollback. Personal leave shall accrue to a maximum of 600 hours as of September 30th. At the end of the fiscal year, an employee will be paid for accrued and unused personal leave in excess of 600 hours as of September 30th at the employee’s rate of pay at the end of the fiscal year.
