MAXIMUM POTENTIAL CONTRACT VALUE & DURATION Sample Clauses

MAXIMUM POTENTIAL CONTRACT VALUE & DURATION. The indications given below should act as a guide for tenderers to understand the potential value and duration of the contract. However, framework contracts do not have fixed activities or a fixed budget. The actual budget is determined by the total value of order forms for specific assignments. The framework contract(s) for provision of expertise to support ETF initiatives will enter into force for a period of one year upon the signature of the contract by both parties. At the expiry date, each contract will be automatically renewed for a further year unless one or both of the parties terminates it by means of two month’s written notice sent by registered mail. The overall duration of each contract will not exceed four years. Specific assignments covered by order forms issued must be signed before the contract end date but may run for up to a maximum of six months after that date. The maximum total value of all order forms issued under all contracts resulting from the tender procedure will not exceed € 4,000,000. Indicatively, ETF does not expect subsistence expenses and/or reimbursables to exceed 30% of the total contract value.
