MCO and Medicaid FFS Members. If a CoLTS MCO or FFS Member is hospitalized at the time of enrollment into or disenrollment from managed care, the originating CoLTS MCO or FFS shall be responsible for payment of all covered and Medically Necessary inpatient facility services provided within a licensed acute care facility, or non-psychiatric specialty unit or hospital, excluding skilled nursing facilities, as designated by DOH. The payer at the date of admission remains responsible for the services until the date of discharge. Upon discharge, the Member will then become the financial responsibility of the organization or entity receiving capitation payments or FFS in the case of disenrollment from CoLTS into a FFS category. The professional services will become the responsibility of the receiving entity upon the date that the Member becomes enrolled in FFS or into a CoLTS MCO.

  • Medicaid Program Parties (applicable to any Party providing services and supports paid for under Vermont’s Medicaid program and Vermont’s Global Commitment to Health Waiver):

  • Family Care and Medical Leave An unpaid Family Care and Medical Leave shall be granted, to the extent of and subject to the restrictions as set forth below, to an employee who has been employed for at least twelve (12) months and who has served for 130 workdays during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the effective date of the leave. For purposes of this Section, furlough days and days worked during off-basis time shall count as "workdays".   • Contractor Staff All employees of the Contractor, or of its subcontractors, who perform Project Based IT Consulting Services under the resulting Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction.
