MDT Statistics. The laboratory information management system used to store results and to record test refusals must be flexible enough so that amendments to report styles and content can be made easily and quickly (within one working week). The system must be capable of producing ad hoc statistical reports for use by NOMS and any Purchaser. NOMS Security Group require that a file (csv format) be produced and sent via email to them monthly, reflecting any changes that have occurred in the previous 6 months to the database. The file must be capable of being read by a Microsoft Access database. The information to be included in the file is listed at Annex E (Document 2 Section 3 Lot 4). The random MDT figures inform a NOMS Key Performance Indicator. In order to report the KPI on a monthly basis the receipt of timely information is essential. Data will be sent to NOMS Security Group on a monthly basis. The data report for the month will be forwarded no later than five working days after the month to which the data relates. It is essential that the MDT sample results are counted within the month to which they relate. Sample results that are reported after the five-day cut-off at the end of the month should therefore be updated retrospectively. Based on notifications from prisons, the laboratory will be required to maintain database entries on medical mitigations and spoilt/refused samples. In addition, suppliers have the option to provide monthly management information reports to NOMS Security Group by email. The proposal must include a detailed protocol for data management.

  • Usage Statistics The Distributor shall ensure that the Publisher will provide access to both composite system-wide use data and itemized data for the Licensee, the Participating Institutions, individual campuses and labs, on a monthly basis. The statistics shall meet or exceed the most recent project Counting Online Usage of NeTworked Electronic Resources ("COUNTER") Code of Practice Release,3 including but not limited to its provisions on customer confidentiality. When a release of a new COUNTER Code of Practice is issued, the Distributor shall ensure that the Publisher will comply with the implementation time frame specified by COUNTER to provide usage statistics in the new standard format. It is more than desirable that the Standardized Usage Statistics Harvesting Initiative (SUSHI) Protocol4 is available for the Licensee to harvest the statistics.

  • Statistics The Parties shall endeavour to promote, in accordance with existing statistical cooperation activities between the Union and ASEAN, the harmonisation of statistical methods and practices including the gathering and dissemination of statistics, thus enabling them to use, on a mutually acceptable basis, statistics on trade in goods and services, foreign direct investment and, more generally, on any other area covered by this Agreement which lends itself to statistical data collection, processing, analysis and dissemination.
