Meal and Rest Period Report. If an employee misses a meal or rest period, within 72 hours, the employee shall complete a Meal and Rest Period Report, in writing, and provide to management. The Union and the Employer shall agree upon the form of the Meal and Rest Period Report. No employee shall be subjected to discipline, termination or other adverse action because he/she filed a Meal and Rest Period Report.
