Meal and Rest Periods Other Than Full Shift. Part-time employees who work four (4) hours or more, but less than five (5) hours, shall receive one (1) uninterrupted fifteen (15) minute rest period with pay. Employees who work five (5) hours or more, but less than a full shift, shall receive one (1) uninterrupted fifteen (15) minute rest period with pay and one (1) thirty (30) minute meal period, without pay.
