Meal/Rest Periods. Employees will be granted paid rest and meal periods consistent with the past practices of the Dispatch Center. It is understood that emergencies and/or incoming call volume may necessitate delays in taking rest/ meal periods and could result in employees being required to forego rest/meal periods completely.
