Meals - Missed on a Normal Shift. If employees are required to work through the meal break which is normally provided during their shift, then they will be provided with either an alternative one-half (1/2) hour meal break or payment in lieu of a meal break equal to one-half (1/2) hour at 200% of their regular straight- time rate.
