Measurable Project Outcomes Clause Samples

The Measurable Project Outcomes clause defines the specific, quantifiable results that a project must achieve to be considered successful. This clause typically outlines key performance indicators, deliverables, or milestones that can be objectively assessed, such as completion dates, quality standards, or output quantities. By establishing clear criteria for success, it ensures both parties have a shared understanding of expectations and provides a basis for evaluating project performance, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.
