Measurable Skill Gain. Measurable skill gain is defined as documented academic, technical, occupational, or other forms of progress, towards a CREDENTIAL or employment. CONTRACTOR will document all measurable skill gains that clients with the following activity codes: 415, 416, 418, 421, 424, 429, 430, and 432.

Measurable Skill Gain. The percentage of participants who during a program year, are in an education or training program that leads to a recognized postsecondary credential or employment and who are achieving measurable skill gains, defined as documented academic, technical, occupational, or other forms of progress towards such a credential or employment found per Section 34 CFR 361.155(a)(1)(v). Depending upon the type of education or training program, documented progress is defined as one of the following: • Documented achievement of at least one educational functioning level of a participant who is receiving instruction below the postsecondary education level; • Documented attainment of a secondary school diploma or its recognized equivalent; • Secondary or postsecondary transcript or report card for a sufficient number of credit hours that shows a participant is achieving the State unit's academic standards; • Satisfactory or better progress report, towards established milestones, such as completion of OJT or completion of 1 year of an apprenticeship program or similar milestones, from an employer or training provider who is providing training; or Successful passage of an exam that is required for a particular occupation or progress in attaining technical or occupational skills as evidenced by trade-related benchmarks such as knowledge-based exams.

  • Attainment on Performance Indicators The District will be responsible for overseeing the academic programs offered in its schools and ensuring that those programs meet or exceed state and local expectations for levels of attainment on the statewide performance indicators, as specified in 1 CCR 301-1.

  • Aggravating and Mitigating Factors The penalties in this matter were determined in consideration of all relevant circumstances, including statutory factors as described in CARB’s Enforcement Policy.   • Performance Expectations The Charter School’s performance in relation to the indicators, measures, metrics and targets set forth in the CPF shall provide the basis upon which the SCSC will decide whether to renew the Charter School’s Charter Contract at the end of the charter term.
