Common use of Mechanical Departments Clause in Contracts

Mechanical Departments. A combined Seniority List will be maintained for the fol- lowing departments: Mechanical Department and Building Maintenance Department. During the Agreement the Authority shall continue a training program for willing employees in the Mechanical Department for the purpose of improving their technical com- petence towards advancement. Maintenance training will be conducted according to the Maintenance Training Agreement in Appendix B. Maintenance vendor training will be offered by seniority rotation as follows:
