System Seniority Clause Samples
The System Seniority clause establishes the order of precedence or priority among different systems, components, or processes within a contractual or operational framework. In practice, this clause may specify which system takes priority in case of conflicting instructions, overlapping responsibilities, or resource allocation, such as determining which software module controls a process when multiple modules are present. Its core function is to prevent disputes and confusion by clearly defining which system's authority or operation supersedes others, thereby ensuring smooth and predictable operations.
