Is an employee (other than a rigger or under 20T crane driver) who meets the requirements specified in Level 2, and has achieved and utilises the skills set out in: i) Basic Site Skills (8 including core skills) Safety Maintenance procedures Environment Caltex Standing Orders Permit Control Communications Special Tools Stores ii) One (1) General Competency Stream (3 skill sets including core*) Heat exchangers* Development Work Hot work* HPW & Tank cleaning* Pipe work Asbestos Procedure Pipework Catalyst Handling Hosework Hosework Hosework Hosework Machinery Machinery Machinery Machinery Valves Sire Set-up & Coordination Valves Valves Furnaces Tank work Spading Bundwall repairs Formwork/Concreting/Epoxy Additionally such employee shall continue to participate in training to maintain and enhance site-specific requirements. In addition to undertaking the duties of such certified level of competency, the employee is required to perform the general duties described as required by the Company. Development work includes the selection, fabrication and installation of pre-made patterns i.e. lobster-backs, valve boxed, cones and encasements.
