Mechanical Trades Sample Clauses
The Mechanical Trades clause defines the scope of work, responsibilities, and standards applicable to contractors performing mechanical work, such as plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems, within a construction project. It typically outlines the required qualifications for mechanical subcontractors, the types of systems covered, and the expectations for installation, testing, and commissioning. By clearly delineating these requirements, the clause ensures that all mechanical systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant codes, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring project quality.
