Media Relations 7.1 Elected officers or appointed committee chairpersons of the Union shall be allowed to speak or comment to the media while on duty provided they change into civilian clothes and provided further, that they do not purport to represent the views of the Department. The Chief's office shall be informed in advance, whenever possible, of such contact with the media. No member shall leave their duty or work station without specific prior approval of the Chief of the Department or authorized management official. Approval shall include consideration of the operating needs and work schedules of the Department or division to which the member is assigned.
Audio Conferencing In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed per-minute per bridge rates ranging from $0.0095 to $0.3200 for the following Conferencing Services: Domestic Audio Conferencing: Fixed per-minute rates per participant for domestic Audio Conferencing calls originating and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, based on method. Instant Replay Plus: Fixed per-minute per-participant rates for Instant Replay Plus usage using toll free number access and toll number access.
Media Releases A. Grantee shall not use System Agency’s name, logo, or other likeness in any press release, marketing material or other announcement without System Agency’s prior written approval. System Agency does not endorse any vendor, commodity, or service. Grantee is not authorized to make or participate in any media releases or public announcements pertaining to this Grant Agreement or the Services to which they relate without System Agency’s prior written consent, and then only in accordance with explicit written instruction from System Agency.
B. Grantee may publish, at its sole expense, results of Grantee performance under the Grant Agreement with the System Agency’s prior review and approval, which the System Agency may exercise at its sole discretion. Any publication (written, visual, or sound) will acknowledge the support received from the System Agency and any Federal agency, as appropriate.

They store the mail address, and, where applicable, the first name and the IP address. For further information, please read the data protection agreement. ☐ Yes, I hereby grant my consent. Without the agreement it is not possible to subscribe to the newsletter. I can cancel the agreement at any point in the future. Use of photo, audio and video-material To promote itself and its own events, courses and programs the GMS uses photo material and sometimes audio or video recordings. ☐ Yes, I hereby grant my consent to the GMS to use photos of myself (or of my child) as well as audio/video recordings made of courses, workshops or events for promotional purposes without requiring special permission. I can cancel this agreement any point in the future.
Rosters 8.1 As far as practically possible, the Employer will draw up a roster 1 week in advance. Changes to rosters may occur with 24 hours notice or, subject to the availability of the Employee, with less notice if by mutual consent.
8.2 The Employer will ordinarily roster Employees in a manner that is both fair and equitable to ensure that, where applicable, the allocation of weekend and public holiday hours are equally divided between Employees on a rotating basis.
Outreach Not less than 30 days prior to the opening of bids or the selection of contractors, the Agency-Assisted Contractor or Contractor shall:
PRE-JOB CONFERENCE a) The Employer shall notify the union that a project has been awarded to the Employer following the award. Prior to the start of each project, a pre-job conference shall be held to determine all site-specific issues as outlined in the Agreement. This conference may be conducted via telephone, through a scheduled meeting or by some other practical means as agreed to by the parties.
b) A copy of the pre-job conference report shall be provided to the Employer, the Union and the Job Xxxxxxx (s). A copy shall also be posted on the bulletin board(s) at the jobsite.
E6 Publicity, Media and Official Enquiries The Contractor shall not:
Media No media releases, public announcements or public disclosures relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, including but not limited to promotional or marketing material, shall be made by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Client.
Publicity, Media and Official Enquiries 22.1 Without prejudice to the Authority’s obligations under the FOIA, neither Party shall make any press announcements or publicise the Contract or any part thereof in any way, except with the written consent of the other Party.
22.2 Both Parties shall take reasonable steps to ensure that their Personnel comply with clause 22.1.
