Media Transport a. The Contractor and its employees must be accountable and document all activities associated with the transport of government information, devices, and media transported outside controlled areas and/or facilities. These include information stored on digital and non-digital media (e.g., CD-ROM, tapes, etc.), mobile/portable devices (e.g., USB flash drives, external hard drives, and SD cards). Physical removal and transportation of data shall be logged with documented chain of custody form and approved by the OS CISO b. All information, devices and media must be encrypted with HHS-approved encryption mechanisms to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all government information transported outside of controlled facilities.

Media Transport. Castellan: (i) protects and controls information system media during transport outside of controlled areas using physical and technical safeguards; (ii) maintains accountability for information system media during transport outside of controlled areas; (iii) documents activities associated with the transport of information system media; and (iv) restricts the activities associated with information system media to authorized Personnel. Information systems implement cryptographic mechanisms to protect the confidentiality and integrity of information stored on digital media during transport outside of controlled areas.
Media Transport. DOT or other Federal agency information and data require protection. Contracting officers shall set forth specific DOT media transport requirements. See the clause prescribed at 1239.7204(i).

  • Transporting Students 1. Employees shall not transport students except in accordance with School Board rules. The Board shall adopt a school board policy outlining the teacher’s and the Board’s responsibilities and liabilities. Said policy shall be included in all school handbooks beginning with the 2004-05 school year. 2. Teachers will not be required to transport pupils to and from activities which take place away from the school grounds.

  • Removable media devices All electronic files that contain DHCS PHI or PI data must be encrypted when stored on any removable media or portable device (i.e. USB thumb drives, floppies, CD/DVD, smartphones, backup tapes etc.). Encryption must be a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as AES.

  • DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING The Contractor shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery to ensure that no damage occurred during shipping or handling for furnish and installation projects. For equipment only purchases, the ordering entity shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.

  • Dewatering (a) Where the whole of a site is so affected by surface water following a period of rain that all productive work is suspended by agreement of the Parties, then dewatering shall proceed as above with Employees so engaged being paid at penalty rates as is the case for safety rectification work. This work is typically performed by Employees engaged within CW1, CW2 or CW3 classifications. When other Employees are undertaking productive work in an area or areas not so affected then dewatering will only attract single time rates. (b) Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, appropriate Employees shall assist in the tidying up of their own work site or area if it is so affected. Where required, appropriate Employees will be provided with the appropriate PPE. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected. (c) To avoid any confusion any ‘dewatering’ time which prevents an Employee from being engaged in their normal productive work is not included in any calculation for the purposes of determining whether an Employee is entitled to go home due to wet weather (refer clauses 32.4 and 32.5)

  • Safety Footwear 1. The State will provide employees in the positions listed in Section 3 below, and employees who are currently required to wear safety footwear by Department Work Rules, an allowance of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for replacement of safety footwear. This allowance will be paid to employees on a semiannual basis, with half paid in January and half paid in July to eligible employees on the payroll at the time of the payments. Employees of Departments with work rules that provide such safety footwear will not be eligible for the safety footwear allowance. 2. Safety footwear purchased must meet ANSI standards where applicable. Requirements for the wearing of safety footwear will be in accordance with work rules published by the State. 3. Positions required to wear safety footwear:

  • TRANSPORT SERVICES Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.
