Contracting Officers. Representative (COR)" means an individual designated in writing by the Contracting Officer to perform specific contract administration functions.

Contracting Officers means the individuals who are shown on your Signature Card as a contracting officer. Your Signature Card and this Deposit Agreement set forth the authority that a Contracting Officer has with regards to your accounts, products and services. The term also includes individuals who are known to you to have exercised authority as a Contracting Officer on your behalf and to have been recognized by us in that capacity, unless you inform us to the contrary promptly following your knowledge (actual or imputed) that the person is acting as a Contracting Officer. If you designate a person as a Contracting Officer or a person is otherwise justifiably treated by us as a Contracting Officer under this Deposit Agreement, then we are allowed to treat the person as a Contracting Officer for all purposes, including those set forth in the Signature Card.
