Transport Requirements a. Destination: Patients shall be transported in accordance with County EMS Policies, as may be amended from time to time.
b. Air Ambulance Agreements: County may enter into separate transport agreements with Air Ambulance providers. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, County may provide for air transport of patients when such transportation is deemed to be medically in the best interest of the patient, as defined in County EMS Policies.
