Common use of Medical and Dental Appointments Clause in Contracts

Medical and Dental Appointments. Time off to attend medical, dental and eye appointments requires authorization by the Department Head in advance and shall be scheduled to least interfere with the Employee’s regular hours of work.

Medical and Dental Appointments. Time off to attend medical, medical or dental and eye appointments requires authorization by of the Department Head Director of Operations in advance and shall will be scheduled to least interfere with the Employeeemployee’s regular hours of work. Time off during scheduled hours of work will be charged against causal illness entitlement.
