– MEDICAL BENEFITS – RETIREES. 25 1. Effective January 1, 2021, Employees who retire from County service and who elect an 26 ATU benefits plan upon retirement shall be eligible for a medical premium subsidy, as provided 27 under Section 2 below, provided they meet the following terms and conditions:
