Medical Certificate Requirement. (a) The College shall require a certificate from a duly qualified medical practitioner certifying that an employee’s absence was necessitated by illness if any such absence exceeds five (5) working days. (b) The cost, if any, for this certificate, shall be borne by, or reimbursed to the Employee by, Human Resources.
