Common use of Medical Flexible Spending Account Clause in Contracts

Medical Flexible Spending Account. (a) The Medical Flexible Spending Account (MFSA) shall continue. The UUP Joint Committee on Health Benefits shall work with the State in the ongoing review of the MFSA. Eligible expenses under the Medical Flexible Spending Account will include over-the-counter medications according to guidelines developed by the Medical Flexible Spending Account Administrator. The MFSA will continue electronic submission and the direct debit vehicle shall remain a permanent offering, to the extent practicable and/or desirable by both parties.
