Medical or Nursing Care. The employee may use leave days to make arrangement for medical or nursing care for a member of his/her immediate family. Immediate family shall be interpreted as brothers, sisters, parents, spouse, children, grandparents, grandchildren, parents-in- law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and legal guardians.
