Medical/Physical Assessments. The City will provide a City-prescribed fitness assessment administered by the Department for all employees once per year. All employees are required to participate in the assessment. In the event that an employee is deemed unfit for duty, the City will provide modified duty until such time that the employee is deemed fit for duty or six (6) months, whichever is less.
