Common use of Medical Premiums Clause in Contracts

Medical Premiums. i. The employee will pay a prorated amount of the County’s contribution toward medical premiums based on Vacation Buy hours used. ii. If the employee uses more than 37.5/40 Vacation Buy hours in a pay period, the employee will be responsible for the entire medical premium.
