Buyer agrees to advance and address all aspects of the meet and greet with the tour manager 7 days prior to show date. Unless prior approval by management, meet and greets should be limited to 20 persons maximum. Cancellations are at tour manager’s discretion for such reasons as illness, safety issues, or inadequate facilities. Meet and Greet and media requests coordinated by management.
