Service to Clients. 5.1 The parties agree that in the administration of the provincial programs and in carrying out the functions of the National Employment Service, Saskatchewan will be guided by the following principles respecting service to clients: a. provide convenient access to provincial programs and services; b. provide courteous, empathetic and timely service; c. provide flexible and innovative approaches to labour market and community needs; d. optimize individual potential and human dignity; and e. achieve measurable results within a well-defined framework of accountability. 5.2 Saskatchewan will ensure that availability of assistance under its provincial programs and with respect to the functions of the National Employment Service for which it is assuming responsibility is in either official language where there is significant demand for assistance in that language. In those areas where there is significant demand, Saskatchewan will also actively offer its services in either official language. 5.3 In determining areas of Saskatchewan where, for the purposes of section 5.2, there would be considered to be a "significant demand", Saskatchewan will use as a guideline the criteria for determining what constitutes "significant demand" for communications with, and services from, an office of a federal institution as set out in the Official Languages Regulations made pursuant to Canada's Official Languages Act. 5.4 Saskatchewan will consult with representatives of the Francophone community in Saskatchewan on the provision of French-language labour market development programs and services under this agreement.
Service to Clients. Each party will cause the agencies of its group to endeavor to perform advertising services for clients referred or introduced by the other party efficiently and in accordance with (i) such agencies’ highest standards for client service, including appropriate levels of staffing with experienced personnel and appropriate utilization of the resources of the applicable agencies, and (ii) any applicable strategies and procedures established by the Strategic Alliance Execution Group.

Service to Clients. 5.1 Ontario agrees to provide access to assistance under its benefits and measures, and to the functions of the National Employment Service for which it is assuming responsibility, in either of Canada’s official languages where there is a significant demand for such assistance in that language. In determining the circumstances where there would be considered to be a "significant demand" for assistance in either official language, Ontario agrees to use as a guideline the circumstances in which there is considered to be a significant demand for communications with, and services from, an office of a federal institution, as set out in the Official Languages Regulations made pursuant to Canada's Official Languages Act. 5.2 Ontario will consult with representatives of the Francophone community in Ontario on the availability of assistance in French. 5.3 Canada and Ontario also agree to establish mechanisms for dealing with representations or enquiries made by Members of Parliament or Members of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario on behalf of constituents who have sought their assistance in resolving a problem or obtaining information in relation to obtaining assistance under Ontario’s programs, to ensure that the reply to the representations or enquiries is directed to the appropriate party and that the confidentiality and privacy requirements of the respective parties’ privacy legislation or policies are respected.
Service to Clients. 5.1 The Parties agree that in the administration of NL Benefits and Measures and in carrying out the function of the National Employment Service, Newfoundland and Labrador will be guided, subject to its service delivery model, by the following principles on service to clients: (a) client-centered services which facilitate ease of access for a broad range of client groups; (b) respectful and individualized services; (c) provide an array of integrated labour market services which are flexible, innovative and responsive to the changing labour market, employer and community needs; and (d) measurable results within a well-defined framework of accountability. 5.2 Newfoundland and Labrador agrees to (a) provide access to assistance under its NL Benefits and Measures; and (b) carry out the function of the National Employment Service delegated to it under Article 4 in either of Canada’s official languages where there is a significant demand for the provision of the assistance, or the performance of that function, in that language. 5.3 In determining the circumstances where there would be considered to be a "significant demand" for the provision of assistance or performance of the function referred to in Article 5.2 in either official language, Newfoundland and Labrador agrees to use as a guideline the criteria for determining what constitutes “significant demand” for communications with, and services from, an office of a federal institution as set out in the Official Languages (Communications with and Services to the Public) Regulations made pursuant to Canada's Official Languages Act. 5.4 Newfoundland and Labrador agrees to consult with representatives of the official language minority communities in Newfoundland and Labrador on the provision of its NL Benefits and Measures under this Agreement. 5.5 Canada and Newfoundland and Labrador will establish mechanisms for dealing with representations or enquiries made by Members of Parliament or Members of the House of Assembly of Newfoundland and Labrador on behalf of constituents who have sought their assistance in resolving a problem or obtaining information in relation to obtaining assistance under the NL Benefits and Measures, to ensure that the reply to the representations or enquiries is directed to the appropriate party and that the confidentiality and privacy requirements of the respective Parties’ privacy legislation or policies are respected.

  • Provider Services Charges for the following Services when ordered by a Physician for the treatment of an Injury or Illness.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Customer Complaints Each party hereby agrees to promptly provide to the other party copies of any written or otherwise documented complaints from customers of Dealer received by such party relating in any way to the Offering (including, but not limited to, the manner in which the Shares are offered by the Dealer Manager or Dealer), the Shares or the Company.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Customer Cooperation 3.2.1. Customer shall provide and make available all Customer personnel as may be further addressed in an applicable Order Form or that SAP reasonably requires in connection with performance of the Services. 3.2.2. Customer shall appoint a contact person with the authority to make decisions and to supply SAP with any necessary or relevant information expeditiously.

  • Data Necessary to Perform Services The Trust or its agent shall furnish to USBFS the data necessary to perform the services described herein at such times and in such form as mutually agreed upon.

  • Customer Service Standards The Franchising Authority hereby adopts the customer service standards set forth in Part 76, §76.309 of the FCC’s rules and regulations, as amended. The Grantee shall comply in all respects with the customer service requirements established by the FCC.

  • Billing Services 6 SECTION 3.01.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Contract.
