Room Bookings. The Employer shall permit the Union to book University rooms for meetings of the Union Executive and Union Contract Committee and General Membership meetings, subject to the prevailing internal regulations.

All requests for more than 15 people in a common room/lounge and 10 people in a resident room will be reviewed by the Director, Associate Director, or Residence Life Coordinators.
Room Bookings. The University will permit the Union to book University rooms through Non- Academic Bookings for business meetings of the Union at no cost. The right to manage operations and to direct employees is retained exclusively by the University except as this Agreement otherwise specifies.
Room Bookings. 29.9.1 The Employer will make available to all employees, a room booking process, and will inform employees of this procedure via e-mail, through the internal website and on the bulletin board. 29.9.2 The Employer must inform all employees, in writing, if there are any changes to the room booking process, within three (3) working days. These changes must be announced online, through the internal website and on the bulletin board. 29.9.3 Employees must request room bookings either in writing to their designated supervisor or Director or make the request with Reception, either in person or in writing, in the timeline provided by the Employer.

  • HOT LIST PRICING At any time during this Contract, Supplier may offer a specific selection of Equipment, Products, or Services at discounts greater than those listed in the Contract. When Supplier determines it will offer Hot List Pricing, it must be submitted electronically to Sourcewell in a line-item format. Equipment, Products, or Services may be added or removed from the Hot List at any time through a Sourcewell Price and Product Change Form as defined in Article 4 below. Hot List program and pricing may also be used to discount and liquidate close-out and discontinued Equipment and Products as long as those close-out and discontinued items are clearly identified as such. Current ordering process and administrative fees apply. Hot List Pricing must be published and made available to all Participating Entities.

  • Measurements and arithmetic conventions All measurements and calculations shall be in the metric system and calculations done to 2 (two) decimal places, with the third digit of 5 (five) or above being rounded up and below 5 (five) being rounded down.

  • Tickets Each Ticket represents a limited, revocable license to enter the Venue to attend the specific Event listed on the applicable Ticket. No person, except for attendees under the age of three, may enter the Venue without a Ticket, and re-entry is prohibited. Failure to comply with this Agreement shall result in forfeiture of this license and all rights arising hereunder without refund or credit and shall entitle KSE to pursue all legal remedies available.

  • Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Employees who work overtime will not be required to take time off in regular hours to make up for overtime worked. Time off in lieu may be taken on a mutually agreed upon basis between the employee and the Hospital, such time off will be the equivalent of the premium rate the employee has earned for working overtime. The Hospital shall revert to payment of premium rate if time off is not taken within sixty (60) calendar days."
