Meeting of Committee. In the event that either party requests a meeting of the Committee, such request shall be made in writing and shall indicate the subject matter proposed for discussion. The meeting shall be held at a time and place within ten (10) calendar days or such other time as agreed to by the parties. Two meeting rooms for all negotiation sessions shall be provided by the Employer. If it is necessary to schedule a meeting offsite, the cost of the meeting room(s) will be shared by the Union and the Board.
