Common use of Meeting of the Committee Clause in Contracts

Meeting of the Committee. a. The Joint Consultation Committee shall meet or have a conference call at the request of either party at a mutually agreeable time and place, within thirty (30) days of such request. b. In the event of any reorganization, which results redundancy, relocation or reclassification, the Joint Committee shall meet in order for the Association/Company to consult with the Union. c. Minutes shall be kept for all meetings. d. Association/Company agree to provide an adequate meeting room for the meetings and meals when required. e.
