Meetings During Working Hours. If the Union president and/or another bargaining unit member designated by the president is required by the Administration to attend a conference or meeting with the Administration or an Administrative representative, such Union representative shall suffer no loss of pay for that portion of such meeting as takes place during the Union representative's regularly scheduled working hours.
