The Union shall have the right to request and, upon approval of the building principal to use buildings for meetings of the East Aurora Council (which may include other employees of the Board and a reasonable number of guests), provided that such meetings do not interfere with instructional and/or extra-curricular programs. Any special expenses as a result of such meeting(s) will be reimbursed to the District by the Union. The Union shall be allowed reasonable use of computers, copying equipment and audio/visual equipment upon approval of the Administration. The Union will pay for all consumable materials used. No school equipment may be removed from the premises or used for political purposes. The Union will be financially responsible for all damage occasioned by the use of such equipment.
