The Association will be permitted the following: 3.5.1 The use of school buildings for meetings with prior approval of the building principal. 3.5.2 The use of teacher mailboxes, interschool mail, and faculty bulletin boards for the purpose of internal communication. 3.5.3 Time for MEA reports and announcements at the conclusion of building staff meetings.

The Association will be permitted the following: 3.5.1 The use of school buildings for meetings with prior approval of the building principalprincipal and notification to the Superintendent. 3.5.2 The use of teacher employee mailboxes, interschool mail, and faculty bulletin boards for the purpose of internal communication. 3.5.3 Time The SP-MEA may request, from the building principal, time for SP-MEA reports and announcements at the conclusion of a building staff meetingsmeeting in which SP-MEA employees are in attendance.
