Meetings, Notices and General Information. The Association will be allowed the following: a. The use of the school buildings for meetings, except during regular school hours. Meetings will be allowed with scheduling approved by the administration. b. The use of employee mail boxes and designated bulletin boards. c. All school equipment may be used during non-school hours or during school hours with consent of the building principal or his/her designee. The school district will be reimbursed for consumable materials. Copies will cost 2.5 cents per copy for the first 500 copies and 25 cents per copy for copies thereafter.
