Meetings, Notices and General Information. The Association shall not be denied the following: a) The use of school buildings for meetings; b) The use of employee mail boxes, inter-school mail, and one (1) school bulletin board per school building for the purpose of internal communication; c) The use of school equipment, e.g. typewriters, computers, and duplicating machines, provided the district is reimbursed for expendable supplies. The Association shall be permitted to meet after students have been dismissed after daily common team planning has been completed and prior approval has been obtained from the administration. A minimum of one (1) hour early dismissal shall be provided for Association-sponsored educational programs and the Superintendent’s executive report four (4) times a year.
